Once off the thruway there are plenty of places to stop on the way, if you're a last minute no planner like me and my friends. There's the Hobo Deli on Route 28, literally just below the Hill (the sub sandwiches are good and fast) the sell jug's or growler's of Keegan's Ale. Great for after the ride. and there's a Hess station with a public bathroom, a Pizzeria and Deli on the corner of Morey Hill rd & Rt. 28. this is your last chance for food. And my favorite post ride eatery, the Hickory-Bar-B-Q. this place is easy to order from everything is good! get something from Keegans Ales, Hurricane Kitty or the mothers milk on tap or if you're driving go for the Keegan's Root Beer. BTW, Keegan's is a sponsor of the Fats in the Cats, so support the club by having a drink. Fats in the Cats, you guys know who you are. Thank You. I know there wouldn't be any of these great trails without you guys & gals! |
